Recipe 1: Banana & Peanut Butter Vegan Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
2x ripe bananas, fresh (or frozen for a nice-cream vibe)
2x tablespoons 100% peanut butter (AVOID hidden sugars and sh*t)
1x cup plant-based milk (such as coconut or almond milk*)
3x heaped tablespoons pea protein powder (or hemp protein**)
Toppings: Sliced bananas, crushed peanuts, chia seeds, and a drizzle of peanut butter

Start by soaking pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds in water while you prepare the other ingredients. This will enhance their texture and make them easier to digest.
In a blender, combine the kiwis, peach slices, pea protein powder, cacao powder, chai tea spice blend, raisins, and dried Goan chilies. Blend until creamy and well combined.
Add the soaked seeds and blend again, until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish it with pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and coconut pieces for added crunch and flavor.

Ingredients:

1x heaped tablespoon maca powder (more if you prefer)
1/2x teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

In a blender, combine the bananas, plant-based milk, maca, vanilla and pea protein powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want it thinner, more like a vegan protein shake, then add more plant-milk… otherwise enjoy.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with sliced bananas, shredded coconut and granola, maybe some homemade chocolate sauce.
